日本人には実はかなり多いらしいこの病気ですが、なかなか病院には行きにくいことも確かです。
この本に恥の自己診断法から過程で出来る治療法まで、幅広く丁寧に教えてくれます。
市販されてるクスリのどれを使えばいいのかまで一つ一つを取り上げて解説。
とても頼れる家庭の名医といえるかもしれません。
