結婚して仕事をやめて出産のため専業主婦になった途端、
主婦湿疹になり皮膚科では「界面活性剤によるかぶれ」と診断されました。

洗剤をすべて、石けん由来のものにして
合成界面活性剤を使用しないようにしました。

でも、「ステロイドは怖い」という先入観から
ステロイド軟膏を使うことができませんでした。

主婦湿疹は悪化する一方で、手の痒さのために眠れない日々。
長男の断乳を機に、睡眠導入剤や保険のきかない高い漢方薬治療にも
手を出しました。
でも、まったくよくなりません。

そんなときに出会ったのがこの本でした。
なぜか、この方法を実行してみようと思いました。

ステロイド軟膏でしっかりキズを治した上で
美肌水を試すと、日に日に主婦湿疹はよくなっていきました。
キズができたときだけステロイドを使い、
あとは手を洗う度に美肌水を手にスプレーしました。

すぐに、手の痒さから解放されました。
気がつくと結婚前のきれいな手に戻っていました。

それから、３年半たった今
美肌水さえも使わなくてよくなりました。
もちろんステロイド軟膏なんて必要ありません。

ときどき、カサカサしてきたかな？と思うときに
美肌水を使うだけです。

主婦湿疹に悩んでいるみなさん、
騙されたと思って試してみる価値はあると思いますよ。
