ブログがあることを知らず、本屋でふらっと立ち読みしていたら、
ほほえましくて素敵な写真の数々に、思わず本を持ってレジに並んで購入しました。

私には子供が３人いますが、正直あんな写真はなかなか撮れません。
というか、子供の何気ない瞬間をおさめるなんて、１日中カメラを持って
ないと無理？！

写真からにじみ出る、置いてある家具のセンスの良さ、無駄な物が置いてない
シンプルな家具の配置。片付けられない私には、違う意味で参考になる本でした。

今はブログで最新の写真をいつも楽しみにチェックしてます。
ブログに載ってる写真ばかりと言ってしまえばそれまでですが、もし続編が出たら
私は購入しようと思える本ですね。

ここ数年，雨後の竹の子のように，ダカフェの写真に似た作品を公開する
Webページが増えています。モリユウジ氏本人が勧めているというのも
理由でしょうが，とにかく明るい単焦点で絞り開放で撮ればOKという感じの
風潮を生んだのは，良くも悪くも本書ならびにダカフェ日記の影響の大きさを
物語ってています。
しかし重要なのは，モリ氏の切り取る写真は，「明るいレンズで後ろボケ」で
撮れば再現できる，というものではないことです。ダカフェ日記ではなく，
昔からのdacafe photographに一部残っている写真を見れば，モリ氏の
写真の原点のヒントがあります。そしてそれが容易に真似できるような生半可な
ものではないこともわかります。
個人的な感想ですが，特に1999年頃の写真は，今の作風とは全く異なっており，
しかし，あの写真にこそ，彼の作品の本質があると思います。
(追記:「個人的な感想ですが，」を加筆しました。感想を客観的な断定のように
書いてしまいすみませんでした。)

本書で素晴らしい，淡々とした静かで暖かい家族の日常に触れた後は
わずか数年前に同じ人が撮っていた焦燥感や疾走感溢れる作品も
是非見ておくべきだと思います。

ブログを読んだことあるひとも、そうでない人も、絶対楽しめます！
かわいい写真に、おもしろいコメント。
見てると思わず顔がほころんできます。
こんなあったかい家庭を築いていけたらいいなーって思えてくる、そんな本。
