まあチャンは,負けず嫌い。女の子ってなぜか髪の毛の長さを
競争してしまう。どっちが長いかしらなんてやっているお友達の会話に
まあちゃんが...私なんかもっともっとのばすもんねー。という話になり、
髪が長くなったら、パーマにして鳥を住ませてあげるとか、洗濯物を
ほしちゃうとか、すごい想像の話になり。そんなまあちゃんがとてもとても

かわいくて、女の子らしいなあと思いました。
我が家の娘も髪の毛を伸ばしています。そのうちまあちゃんの話
なかみたいにながーくながーくなる日を夢みて。

髪が長くなったらどんなことができる？ 牛をつかまえる、洗濯物を干す、寒い夜には寝袋がわり。 まあちゃんの空想はとどまるところを知りません。

ちょっと強引なまあちゃんだけど、読み手も思わず 「それってとってもいい」とつぶやいてしまいそう。

お洒落で上品、それでいて元気なイラストも素敵です。

今髪を伸ばしてる人いる？
じゃあ、こんな本はどうでしょう？という感じで読み聞かせに使います。
髪が長くなったらあんなことやこんなことをするんだと熱く語るまあちゃん。
横長の本だけど、縦長に読ませたり・・・
ページいっぱいに広がる楽しいまあちゃんの空想｡
でもあれだけ髪が長かったら本当にできるかも？

子供だけでなく大人もなんだか童心に帰って楽しめます｡
細部までいろいろ書き込まれた絵の中にいろいろ探すのがまた良いんです！
幼稚園のお子さんから小学校中学年くらいまでの読み聞かせにもうけること間違いなしです。
