小学生の時、図書室で偶然見つけたこの本がまだあったのか！と感激！
このおばあさん、日々の生活の中でいろんな工夫をする。
で、これはあくまでも自己満足の世界ではあるけれど何かひらめいて
実行に移し、いい結果が得られると「わたしったらなんて頭がいいんでしょ！」と
ひとりつぶやく可愛い人なのです。

日々の生活に不満のある人！この本を読んでホンワカと温かい気持ちになりませんか？

子供の頃、寝つきが悪かった私に、母が飽きることなく読み聞かせてくれた本でした。あまりに面白くて、却って目がさえてしまったりしてたんですけど（笑）
そんな私も時が経ち、自分にも娘が産まれ、今度は読んであげる側になりました。

長い間、立ち入ることを忘れていた世界に戻った気持ちで、娘にもこの愉快でどうしようもなくチャーミングな「おばあさん」と紹介してやりたいと思います。（寝る前はやめておこうかな…）

最初から最後まで、終始笑顔で読み進むことのできる一冊です。
物語は言わずもがな、表紙から、文字、挿し絵のすべてがあたたかく、こころをなごませてくれる作品です。
