親知らずは別として、歯を抜かずに直すのが基本だ。
歯の機能を満足させるには、噛合わせが重要だということがわかる。

本書を読んだら、「抜かない歯医者さんの矯正の話―2000の症例から語る」も合わせて読むとよい。
床矯正研究会の全国の歯医者さんの一覧もあります。
お近くの歯医者さんを探すのによいかも。
