この本は、化学物質過敏症について、挿絵や写真を多く持ちいているため、凄くわかりやすい内容となっています。また、原因物質、症状,診断法,対処法など化学物質過敏症について要点が広く網羅されてますので、その概略を簡単に知りたい場合など、入門書として大変優れていると思います。

化学物質過敏症は、日本で新築、改築、リフォームをする人、その家族の誰がなっても不思議ではない。

だから、この一冊。この化学物質過敏症に、早くから真剣な眼差しを向け、そして、真摯に、本当に患者のためになる医療を続けてこられた宮田先生が、わかりやすく解説されている。

新築、改築、リフォーム。夢のマイホーム。新しいライフスタイルに、生活に、内装に、家具に、心は躍り、夢が広がる。しかし、夢のマイホームと悪夢のマイホームは紙一重というのがこの国の住宅の現実なのだ。

夢を広げるのもよろしい。さまざまなカタログに心奪われるだろう。だが、そのような方にこそ、この一冊を勧めたい。そして、業者さんが、真摯にこの問題について考えているのか、確認することを勧めたい。

私も化学物質過敏症になりましたが、この本がまず基本です。
患者の立場での対策や治療法が書かれていますので、
化学物質過敏症の方、まわりに化学物質過敏症がおられる方は
持っておいたほうがいいですよ。

ページ数が少ないのと、難しい内容は書かれていないので、それほど苦労せずに読みきれます。
まあ、その分細かいところは書かれていないところもありますが、
それでも大筋が書かれているので、今出ている化学物質過敏症の本では一番
患者向きといえると思います。
