結婚以来10年以上も使っているので、醤油のシミやら何やらで貫禄たっぷりのマイブックになっています。今でも１に１~２回は参考にする本です。お勧めは「豚のかたまり肉に味をつけて」の紅茶豚。これを知ってから市販のハムは殆ど買わなくなりました。「同じたねでつくる挽肉料理」――肉１キロの料理は、４人家族で約３回分。手間と時間とおいしさをストックします――　最初は１キロの肉を買う勇気がありませんでしたが、ホントに重宝しています。素材別の索引があると更に便利かもしれません。

「見て楽しむ」料理書が多い昨今、これはほんとうに「使える」料理書です。単なるレシピ本じゃなく、食生活全体のマネジメントができるようになる点が素晴らしい！　この1冊のおかげで、10年以上助かってます。

育休からの復帰にあわせてたくさんのスピード料理術の本を買いましたが、この本があれば十分でした。こんな本を探していたんです。
忙しいときには、奇抜な料理が作りたいわけではなく、いかに手際よく、家族の体によいものをつくるかがポイントです。手際よく台所仕事を進めるコツが丁寧に書かれています。いろんな雑誌や本で見かけた方法でも、この本を読んで筋道だてて頭に整理されていく気がしました。
