初めての妊娠で3ヶ月目に購入しました。初期から出産、産後5日目までの一通りのことが書いてあります。一番よく見たのは妊娠初期~5ヶ月目くらいまでで、後は気になったことがある時にチェックしました。これ一冊で予習が完璧にできるので、お勧めです。

初めてのママにとっても良い本です。海外生活が長く日本語もおとろえてきていましたが、とても易しくて読みやすくわかりやすいので助かりました。赤ちゃんのお世話の仕方が写真でステップバイステップ説明してあったので見よう見まねで頑張れました。赤ちゃんの生活パターンもいくつか載っていたのでうちの子だけ大変なのではという不安もなくなりました。お産についても非常に詳しいので両親学級で習うようなことは全て書いてあるので行かなくてもよかったかな、と思えるほどです。海外在住のママはアマゾンで買うことができるので是非読んでみることをお勧めします。

海外在住で、初めての出産。不安だらけでしたが、出産前にこの本を購入して何回も読んで不安を解消、出産後もちいさなことで不安になったりしましたがなにかあるごとに本を開き安心しました。
