書店で置いてあるのは健康コーナーだし、表紙もそうだけど、
中身は玉ねぎを使ったレシピです。好きなので、いろいろな調
理方法が載っていてあれもこれも作りたいという状態でした。
作り置きしたい玉ねぎのドレッシングは美味しそうだし、
ちょっと1品足したいなという時にも役立ちそうです。玉ねぎ
でこんなにアレンジがあるなんて考えつきませんでした。
美味しく食べている間に健康になっちゃうって感じですかね。

今までありそうでなかった「玉ねぎ」だけが主役の本。
あるとあらゆるジャンルに使える玉ねぎレシピが満載で本当に目からウロコものです。

個人的に一番気に入っているのは「玉ねぎドレッシング」。
これは万能調味料としてすっかり我が家に欠かせない存在となりました。
玉ねぎ本来の甘さや苦味を活かした今までには無いレシピです。
玉ねぎは栄養価も高く、血液をサラサラにする効果もあり体にも優しい食材。
玉ねぎの栄養そのままに美味しく食べることが出来るこのレシピ本に感謝しています。
