以前に何度か雑誌でキッチンやリビングなどを拝見したことはあったのですが、ガーデン、玄関そしてサニタリーなどは初めてでした。
シンプルでモダンな造りのキッチンに甘すぎないカントリーテイストの味付けが効いています。
トイレもテラコッタの床が南欧風で大人っぽく洗練されたムード。
テラスは決して広くないにも関らず洋書を参考にされたというだけあってプロヴァンスのような素敵な雰囲気があります。
他の半分のページはレシピやスタイリング、お皿の紹介なんかが載っています。
ここはインテリア本に徹して子供部屋や寝室なども見せて頂きたっかった感有りですが綺麗でセンスのいい藤井さんをママに持つお嬢さんがひたすら羨ましくなりました。
今の自分の家の参考にというよりは憧れのお宅拝見といった感じです。
これから家を建てる方、リフォームされる方へお薦めです。

家の間取り、食器やキッチン道具たちの収納術。そして、冷蔵庫やアイランドの使い方、ガスコンロの種類。一つ一つになぜこれをここに選んだのか、と言う工夫がいっぱいです。
使いやすさにも加えて、見た目にきれいな収納をされていて、たくさん収納されているのに、見た目にスッキリ、お洒落にまとめられています。
何より感動したのが、テラスのデザイン。おそらく幅は1.5mから2mほどの通路ほどの土地。通常だったら、通路程度にしか利用しないような広さの土地を、南欧のカフェ風にとてもうまく作られています。
料理好きな、インテリア好きに読んでもらいたい一冊です。

インテリアも料理もガーデンも身近に感じました。
インテリアは馬鹿高いものは置いてないのにセンスよくまとめられているし
料理もすぐに作れそうな感じだし、お庭も特別な？グリーンは生えてないし・・・
最近のインテリア本は皆同じような感じなのに　これは基本に戻った感じというか、
これぞ自宅という所も好き。
