実は、最初は図書館で借りていたのですが、
手元に置きたくなってしまい、別途購入した本だったりします。

興味本位で手に取った本なのですが、
起業をするきもないのですが。

なんとなく読み終えた後、
「この本のまま、そのまんまやって行けば会社が出来るのでは」

という気にさせられてしまう本でした。

本当に大事なビジネスモデルや事業計画の中身の話はさておき、
「法的に会社を作る」
という目的においては完璧な指南書なのではないでしょうか？

コスト、期間、手順、方法、リスクなど。
知りたいと思っていた起業の方法の全ての「やり方」がここにあります。

本書には会社法の改正にともなう、
「起業のやり方」の変更点についても記載されていますが、
使い方としては「会社を作るには」という見方のほうが正しくおいしく利用できる本だと思います。

会社法の改正ではなく、「起業の方法」について知りたい人にお奨めの本です。

発起から設立までのスケジュール、必要書類とその部数、交付請求場所、費用等を順序立ててとても分かり易く書かれていると思います。
また国税や地方税についてもさらっと触れています。
私の実務経験上からも、この本の通りに事務を進めていけば間違いなく会社は設立できます。
ただし内容からいってもうちょっと値段が安くてもいいかなと思います。それが星4つの理由です。
あとタイトルの「０円」の前に「資本金」と入れるべきですね（笑）

非常にわかりやすく、会社を設立を考えている人はマニュアルとして手元に置いておくべきだと思います。

スタンダードな内容ですので、何かを発見したり気付くということはな少ないと思いますが、
司法書士に相談する前に一通り目を通したい一冊です。

会社設立に必要な事柄がわかります。
