3.0 out of 5 stars 最新の法改正には対応していない, 2008/6/25
やっと出たという感じか。
ただ、今国会を通過した、ライセンス契約に関連して創設された仮専用実施権、仮通常実施権や料金改定に関しては、来年度の弁理士試験の試験範囲に含まれると思うが、それには一切対応していない。
従って、弁理士試験対策に本書を使う方は、本書のみでなく実務者向け説明会で配布される法改正に関する説明会のテキストの入手が必須になると思われる。

超基本書なんだけど、１６版はかなり古いため、あまり使えない箇所が多くなっていたし、改正本もなんだか、一度は読むけど、あとで調べるときに不便でした。ようやく、改訂版が出て、うれしい。
論文によくでる規定の趣旨を調べたり、わからないときの辞書代わりに重宝する。
けど、間違っても、最初から読むのは効率的でなく、お勧めできない。

本屋で偶然見かけ、これが青本かぁと思いつつ手に取り、購入しました。こうして、この業界に所属して数年経ち、ようやく青本というやつを手に入れたのですが、思ったよりも小難しいものではなく、端的に分かり易く解説されていて、びっくりしました。削除された条文についても、その経緯が説明されていて、とても“タメ”になりました。この内容なら、この値段でも、かなりお買い得だと思います。
最近の改正までは当然カバーされていませんが、平成１８年６月７日公布の意匠法改正まで対応しているため、だいぶ読み易いです。
