平成１１年改正以来青本の改正版もなく、近年富みに多い知財関連の法改正に対応するのに必須の書となり、ここ数年毎年発行となっています。今年は、実用新案制度改革、職務発明規定の見直し、指定調査機関制度の見直しと盛りだくさん。改正内容は、弁理士試験にの短答にはよく出るので弁理士試験挑戦者には必須の書といえるでしょう。また、知財関係者にも平成１６年法改正の全体像を把握するのになくてはならない一冊です。

5.0 out of 5 stars この年の改正の全てが書かれてる訳ではない, 2007/12/22
念のための注意ですが、この本には裁判所法に伴う改正部分である特許法105条〜105条の７に関する解説は含まれておりません。恐らく、特許庁の関係する範疇外であることと、民事訴訟法の知識が必要ので責任をもって解説できないので省かれたのだと推察しますが。
もしこの部分の解説が必要であれば、公式の解説である「知的財産関係二法/労働審判法」、又はこの本と同じ形式で発行されている「平成16年改正 裁判所法等を改正する法律の解説」等を参照して下さい。

ただその部分は、弁理士試験等ではあまり重要な部分ではないようですが。
