5.0 out of 5 stars 早く改正に対応してもらいたい, 2006/12/5
各条文の趣旨や、定義などが記載されている非常によい本です。特に弁理士試験では必須になります。しかし、この本の良さは最初は解りません。「たいしたこと書いて無いな〜」と思う段階から「こんなことも書いてあるんだ！」と気がつくようになれば合格に近づいていると思います。

ただ、残念なことに最近の改正に全く対応していないので、改正本で補う必要があります。色々な事情はあると思うのですが、早く法改正に対応した青本を発売してもらいたいです。

　詳細は発明協会のホームページで！

やっと、１１年改正に完全対応の、「青本」がでました！
弁理士試験を目指す人は、必ず、購入なさって下さい。
これは、工業４法を、これでもか、と言うぐらい細かく解説しています。特許庁の公式見解でもありますので、短答式試験を中心に、ここから、でます。
審査請求期間が３年になるのも、ちゃんと載っていますので、安心して、購入して下さい。
