河野 寛幸
1957年愛媛県生まれ。1986年愛媛大学医学部を卒業。福岡徳洲会病院研修医・脳神経外科・救急総合診療部を経て、1997年同院・救急総合診療部部長。2001年同院救急センター長。2003年同院副院長。2004年聖マリア病院・救急診療科科長、2005年福岡和白病院救急センター長を経て、2006年ERプロジェクト代表(福岡県春日市)。主な専門資格は、日本救急医学会専門医、日本脳神経外科学会専門医、臨床研修指導医、日本プライマリ・ケア学会認定医・研修指導医など。博多トレーニングサイト代表(AHA・ITC日本ACLS協会所属)を務める(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

ACLSを受講したいけど、時間がなかったので、まず概要が書かれた本書を読んでからプロバイダーマニュアルを読もうと思いました。

結果、大正解！！！！

これはすばらしいです。
最初にBLSの簡単な（といっても十分な）説明後、ACLSのステーションに従い
プロバイダーコースで必要な知識を簡単な口調ですべて説明しています。
イラスト多、厚さ薄、とても読みやすいです。心電図の説明もすばらしいです。

これを勉強すれば、プロバイダーマニュアルは不要かもとさえ思いました。

忙しい方、プロバイダーマニュアルの厚みに驚いた方などには最適です。
必要な方は適宜、マニュアルとか、循環器の教科書などをみればいいと思います。
欲を言えば、もう少し薬剤が詳しくてもいいかも。
お勧めします！
