　この本の学習プランは、普通の人がまねできるような
方法ではない。そもそも基本書を５回熟読　+　１回過去問演習　＋
３回熟読して、直前チェックを読む・・・。このプランを１１科目
についてこなすとしたら、普通の人ならいったいどれだけの時間が
かかると言うのか？

　この方法論は、柴田さんの「７ヶ月合格法」よりも遥かに
非現実的である。柴田さんの方法論は、経験者にはある程度有効性が
あるように感じるが、山本さんのこの方法は、法学既習者でもまねできない
（出来たとしても、かけた時間だけの効果があるようには思えない）

　ある意味、天才の方法論なので、一般の受験生は読まないほうが良い。
こんなことをしなくても、司法書士試験は合格できるので、ご心配なく。

　初めて山本氏の著作を読みましたが、予想外に内容が充実していました（ここでのレビューの評価が低かったので）。確かに、字面だけ追うと無理な要求をしていると思えるが、その真意はちゃんと後述されております。ですので、安心して読むことができると思います。特に、その記憶法は秀逸です（当たり前のやり方も含まれていますが…。）。実際に手にとって、一読してから購入するか決めたらいいと思います。

集中して一日１０時間勉強とか、講義を聴きながら必要事項を理解するとか
書かれてることは殆ど人間業を超越した世界ですが、即効性を求めるのではなく
頭の良い人の発想法を見ることで自分の中に整理されないまま沈殿している
勘なり経験"知"を刺激することに利用するべきじゃないかと思われます。
学説問題の考え方など、ちょっと勉強した方なら漠然と勘付いていることな
わけですが、それを簡潔明瞭に言葉で表現するという「跳躍」が凡人には
出来なかったりするわけです。
