　これ、実際に使える企業がどれだけあるんでしょうか。
　少なくとも、中小企業には使えません。

　著者自身の実践経験にも基づいているのはいいのですが、対策内容が自分の得意分野（ＩＴ関連）に偏りすぎ。
　そもそも、在宅勤務で切り抜けられるような業務がどれだけあるのかと。
　その前に、やるべき基本的なことがごっそり抜けおちているのではないかと。

他の同様の本よりも随分高い値段ですが、中身が薄すぎます。
簡潔と言えないこともないですが、企業におけるインフルエンザ対策は
そんなにシンプルなものだとは思えず、実際全く参考になりませんでした。
別に複雑であれば良いとは思いませんが、そういう次元とは違うと感じました。
この程度の内容であれば、中小企業庁や各県のHPなどに掲載されている対策ガイドラインの
ほうが参考になりましたね。
はっきり言って返品したいですが、そんなこともできないのでレビューを書いてみることにしました…

BCPの作成に当たってのポイントがとても具体的に詳細に
記載されています。

特に、部門ごとの縮退方針、計画の検討の章は、経理、システム、
総務、営業など、各部署ごとに検討すべき点がチェックシート方式で
記述されており、そのまま実務に当てはめて使えます。

マニュアルとして早速活用できます。
