雑誌の毛穴対策特集を色々かき集めても訳判らなくなってしまうので、一冊にまとまっているものを買いました。
毛穴に何かを塗るだけではなく、食事、表情筋のマッサージ、東洋医学など、内側から肌を変えていく対策がいっぱい、だけどわかりやすく書いてあります。また、毛穴は毛穴でも顔面だけではなく、頭皮の毛穴へのアプローチもばっちりです。
他にもリンパマッサージなど、全身的なアプローチまで書いてあります。
やっぱり、毛穴だけ、ではなく、全身みんな繋がって体へ影響し合っているのだと理解できます。
佐伯チズ(美肌師)、瀧村修(ヨガ)、傳田光洋(資生堂研究員)などなど、各方面の専門家たちによる記述が沢山。
読みごたえもたっぷりです。

ここに書いてある対策を全部やったら、きっと毛穴なんて怖くないと言えるようになるかな。
頑張ってやってみようと思えます。
