タイトル、表紙から判るように、大きいファンのお兄さん姉さん向けの一冊だと思います。
私自身、はじめはウルトラマンコスモスの世界観に共感していたので、この本は「アヤノ隊員＝アイドル誌」だと決め込んで、内容を知ろうともしませんでした。

ところが、それだけではないのです！

巻末についている鈴木繭菓さんのグラビア・巻頭のアヤノ隊員の撮り下ろしショットに関心のある方にも勿論楽しんでいただける作りですが（笑）、それ以上に私個人的にはスタッフキャストインタビューの内容の濃さの方が感激でした。

渋谷浩康プロデューサー、北浦嗣巳監督、小中和哉監督、原田昌樹監督、市野龍一監督、八木毅監督、根本実樹監督の各インタビューは、コスモスファンなら読む価値がかなり高いです。
”あの時のあのシーンには、こんなこだわりがあったのか”と新たな驚きがあります。

1話から24話をアヤノ隊員の目線から綴った隊員日記や、数点の写真（白黒）と怪獣の情報も共に、１話から26話までのストーリーをまとめたストーリーガイド。

春野ムサシ役の杉浦太陽さん、吹雪圭介役の市瀬秀和さん、土井垣浩次役の須藤公一さん達ののインタビューも２Pずつ、ヒウラ隊長役の嶋大輔さんとシノブリーダー役の坂上香織さんのお二方は、スケジュールの関係でお二方で４Ｐに渡りやり取りされたインタビュー。

かなり見所があり、ホントに楽しく読めました。

各インタビューの最後にある似顔絵はアヤノ隊員こと鈴木繭菓さんが描かれたものらしいのですが、かなり似ていて驚きました。
