問題解決のためのイロハが書いてある本。
たしかに分析から実行(〜成果確認)まで全てのフェーズがフォローされているので、
問題解決や管理系の本を初めて読む人にはよいと思う。

しかし、個々のフェーズを見てみると若干内容が浅いと感じられる。
問題解決のためにこういうアプローチがありますよ〜というところまでは大体書かれているが、
この本を読んだだけで実践は無理なように感じる。
より、特定フェーズを深堀りした書籍で勉強が必要そうだ。

あくまで、問題解決行動の流れを掴むための本。
でも初心者にはお勧めできる。
すらすら読めてストレスも無い。
