各セクションとも、あくまでもアウトラインを示したに過ぎず、試験対策としてはこれだけでは不十分。だから逆に目的を、概要把握に特化して読むべきです。
問題集と言っても、掲載されている問題数は合わせて20問程度だと思います。日本内部監査協会が出している過去問と同じ問題は無いので、その意味ではよいと思います。ただ、量は圧倒的に不足です。

CIA資格が注目を集めつつあるにもかかわらず、試験対策本はこれくらいしかありません（2006年7月現在）。ですので、とりあえず概略だけをこれでつかんで、あとは過去問を行うしかないのでしょう。

この本を問題集として期待して買うのは得策ではないと思います。
あくまで、ＣＩＡ資格に興味を持っていて、どんな資格なのか、
また、どの類の問題が出るのかを知りたい方にお薦め、です。

本格的にＣＩＡの勉強を始める前に、自分に向いてる資格なのか
の見極めには良い本だと思います。今現在、転職エージェントの
話を聞きますと、「内部監査の求人は増えているが、内部監査を
出来る人が少ないという需要と供給のアンバランス」の状態らしい
ので、財務職で簿記以外の資格を目指したい方には費用対効果
の高い資格になるかもしれませんね。

私も時間を作ってのんびりチャレンジしてみたいと思います。
この本は例題集であり、全く問題集ではないので、私は仕方が
ないので、Wileyから出ている英語版問題集をやろうかな、と。。

ただ、冒頭に有る資格取得までには約３００時間、という記述
は眉唾かと・・。昔、ＡＮＪＯのＣＰＡガイドのＣＩＡ資格紹介
コーナーでは確か約５００時間と記述があった記憶があります。
受験者のバックグラウンド次第でしょうが、多くの方には５００
時間という方が信憑性がありそうな気がします。

　ＡｍａｚｏｎからＣＩＡの本が到着しましたが、
期待はずれでした。　著者の名前に三輪という文
字を見たときに、嫌な予感はしたのですが、それ
が的中してしまいました。
　この本はＣＩＡについての案内本で、受験勉強
にはあまり役に立ちそうにありません。
