水尾 順一
現在、駿河台大学経済学部・同大学院経済学研究科教授、全学企画広報委員長、立教大学大学院・専修大学兼任講師。2004年博士(経営学)。略歴、1970年神戸商科大学商経学部卒業、株式会社資生堂に入社。本社コーポレートデザイン室課長、法務部課長(資生堂企業倫理委員会事務局リーダー兼任)等を歴任後、1999年3月退職。同年4月駿河台大学に奉職、現在に至る。中小企業診断士。中小企業診断協会会長賞、日本経営診断学会賞(研究奨励賞)、戦略経営協会2001年度アンゾフ・アワード特別文献賞受賞。日本経営診断学会常任理事、日本経営倫理学会理事、日本経営品質学会理事、戦略経営協会理事、企業研究会参与等。SMIX21プロジェクト主査

田中 宏司
現在、立教大学大学院経済学研究科教授、高千穂大学・東京国際大学兼任講師。経営倫理実践研究センター主任研究員。略歴、1959年中央大学第2法学部、68年同第2経済学部卒業、日本銀行、ケミカル信託銀行等を経て、2002年4月現職、現在に至る。日本経営倫理学会理事。雪印乳業「企業倫理委員会」社外委員(02年7月~)、内閣府「自主行動基準検討委員会」(01年10月~02年12月)、日本規格協会「CSR標準委員会」(02年12月~)等各委員。ステークホルダー・マネジメント研究部会長(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

5.0 out of 5 stars ＣＳＲをより深く理解するには最適な参考書, 2004/5/22
ＣＳＲは最近大変注目を集めてきている。しかし、ＣＳＲに関する書籍は大変少ない。そのなかで、現在あるＣＳＲ関連の書籍より、より踏み込んだ内容の書籍がようやく出てきたと感ずる。現在の企業は利益重視であり、ステヘクホルダーに関してはあまり重きを置いていないと感ずる。この本は企業の本来の持つべき姿とは何かから始まり、独自の企業評価指標を作り、そしてそれぞれの企業の実践事例を載せている。現在ＣＳＲを勉強されている方、そしてＣＳＲに興味をもたれている方には最適な参考書になる。
