以前から著者の書籍を購入していましたが
今回の本は細かいグラム数などは少なく、応用が利く内容になっています。
「手作りごはんは面倒…」と思いがちですが本書を見ると
「なんだ、人の食事をアレンジすればいいんだ」と思えます。
意外な食材を使えたり、拘らなくても大丈夫！と。
著者の他本を読んで「無理だ…」と思った方にも
今回はおすすめです。

手作りごはんは、大変というイメージがありましたが、
この本のおかげでとても楽に作ることができています。
見た目もとてもおいしそうですし、
毎日作るのがとても楽しいです。
