　この手の本にありがちないいかげんさや軽さがなく，かつ読みやすい素晴らしい本．心理学を専攻している僕にとってもよい復習になった．普段本を読まない母親や姉にも読ませたが，みんな評判がいい．いいかげんなハウトゥーものに飽き飽きしている人，これから社会心理学を勉強してみたいがまずは簡単で読みやすいものからという人におすすめです．始めに買ったものは母親が自分のものにしてしまったので，今から２冊目を買います．

社会心理学を大学などで学んでいる人には
少し物足りないかもしれません。
理論について詳しく書いてあるわけではなく、
日常の出来事をとりあげて少し解説してある程度なので。
学んだことがなく、社会心理学や人間関係に興味がある
という人にはオススメだと思います。
あくまでもこの本で社会心理学を学ぶというよりは

趣味で読むほうがいいかもしれません。
また今から社会心理学をやってみたいと思っているが
具体的にどういう学問なのか知りたいという人によいと思います。

　専門の人間ではないから、あくまでも一般の人間としての感想を書くと、とても面白かった。定めるテーマ自体が興味を引いたから、そんなに抵抗なく読んでいけるし、何より図かついてるから分かりやすい。
　中身は右半分が図で、左半分が説明。そんな構成になっている。確かに専門用語と思しきものは出てくるが、説明が補っているから眉間に皺をよせて読む、そんな難しさは全くない。テーマ自体が小分けにしてあって、飽きることもないだろう。章末にあるコラムも息抜きができ、おすすめである。
　初心者そのものなのに、抵抗なく読み終えることができた。興味がある人は入門書として読むのもいいのかもしれない。
