　本書はマンション管理士試験の模擬試験問題集です。資格学校の合格ノウハウが入っており、使い易いと思います。本書を使用してみた感想は以下の通りです。

本書の長所
・本試験形式の問題が４回分（５０問×４＝２００問）収録してあるので、実践トレーニングになる。
・近年の出題傾向を分析し、今年出題される可能性の高い論点を収録している。

・問題の難易度及び合格水準点を４つのレベルに設定しているので、本試験が比較的易しい時(合格点が高い)と難しい時(合格点が低い)との両方に対応出来る。
第１回問題…合格水準が３８点レベル
第２回問題…合格水準が３７点レベル
第３回問題…合格水準が３６点レベル
第４回問題…合格水準が３５点レベル
（過去８年間の平均点は３５.８点）

・各問題の難易度をＡ〜Ｃの３ランクに分け、各ランクの問題数を表示している。単に合計得点だけで判断するのではなく、ランク別の得点状況を見ることで得点力の傾向を判断出来る。
Ａ…得点すべし！
Ｂ…合否の分かれ目
Ｃ…難問

本書の短所
・顕著な短所は見受けられない。敢えて言えば、正解及び解説欄でＴＡＣのテキストの関連ページが記載されていないこと。但し模擬試験問題集の購入者がＴＡＣテキストの使用者とは限らないので、大きな問題ではないと思われる。

　間違えた問題の解説を熟読し、当該論点を基本書等で復習すれば、得点力が確実にアップすると思われます。
