スーパートレーニングは解答が別冊になっており、非常に見やすい構成のテキストです。
各分野の冒頭に簡単な解説がありますが、これは同じTACの基本書である
「郷原豊茂の民法まるごと講義生中継」と内容がリンクしています。
よって、両方使えば頭に入ってくるスピードが違います。

問題は基本・応用1・応用2とレベル分けされており、受ける試験によってどこまで
カバーしておけばよいかが分かります。
しかしこのシリーズは総じて過去問の掲載数が少ないため、国2で民法を選択したり、
裁事などを受験する場合は演習不足が否めません。素直にスー過去を使うことをオススメします。

国2で民法を選択しない場合や、地上レベルなら★5つの評価です。

スートレの民法総則・物権編。
《要点整理→基本問題→発展問題》の3段階で理解を深める。
いわゆる「イエロー本(受かる本落ちる本)」で絶賛されているが、巻末の解答冊子を切り離して別冊にできるため、演習がしやすい。過去問は国I、国II、都I、特別区、裁事が中心で、地上復元問題がほとんど見あたらないが演習の量・質としては十分である。受験種別に合わせて、基本問題までやるか発展問題までやるか選べばよいだろう。

ただ、要点整理のページがTACの人気シリーズ「民法のまるごと講義生中継I」とセットで使用する前提で書かれており、基礎的な概念・用語の説明などが省略されていたり、本書(スートレ)単独で読んでも簡潔にまとめすぎて「？」な箇所がいくつもある。
「セットで売ろう」とする受験予備校の戦略がみえみえである。
そのため、この本単独で初学者が民法を学ぼうとするのは結構きついかもしれない。前述の「まるごと」やその他入門書と併用して使用すればよいだろう。

また、「新スーパー過去問ゼミ」シリーズと違って分野ごとの出題頻度がまったく付されていないのも厳しい。受験種別によってどう勉強の優先順位をつけていいか、道しるべがない。全範囲まんべんなくやれということか。それでは多くの者が挫折する。受験情報誌やその他参考書で出題傾向を把握し、その上で見極めながら使用するとよいだろう。
