5.0 out of 5 stars 法学部の学生にもオススメしたい, 2008/8/31
民法における債権総論・各論の導入本です。債権は金銭関係が絡むためややこしいですが、
話し言葉と豊富な図で解説されているので理解しやすく、私は学部試験の勉強にも使っていました。

非常に良い本ですが、地上レベルでは出題されないような応用レベルの知識も含まれています。
裁判所事務官のような法律の専門職を受験するのでないならば、過去問集を
繰り返し解いて、基本事項をマスターしておけばよいでしょう。

このシリーズには親族・相続の分野が無いので、TACと郷原先生にはぜひとも
もう一冊お願いしたいところです。

ややこしいい債権の部分が講義風でわかりやすいと思います。ただ、論点のまとめ方とか、レイアウトとかをもっと工夫してもらえるといいと思います。
