その後、世界一周旅行に出発し、27ヶ国を旅する。
帰国後、日本メンタルヘルス協会で「心理カウンセラー資格」を取得。
2003年に(有)ココロ・シンデレラを起業し、現在、社員は自分ひとりにも
かかわらず、年商1億円を超す起業家としても有名。
また、累計16冊、15万部を突破するベストセラー作家でもある。

一分間勉強法（正確には読書法）の具体的な内容は最後の２章のみ。

要するに，
（１）右脳を使って「感じ」，「大切なことが書いてある気がする」ページの右端を折る
（２）４色（赤・緑・黄・青）シートに，端を折ったページから「重要なフレーズ」，「役に立ちそうなキーワード」を重要度に応じて分類し，書き写す
（３）シートを使って復習する
ということ。（２）は１分以上かかるのではなかろうか。

フォトリーディングやマインドマップとは違って，具体的な実践例をイメージし難いように思う。

1分間で1冊読めるるようになったらいいなと思い購入しましたが、そうなるにはまずは訓練が必要。まぁ、何事もそうですが。。
また、ノウハウ本や何かの教材向けのノウハウだと思いました。
じっくり読みたいと思う文芸書などには向かないかな。本当に頭がよくなる1分間勉強法

この本は、１分間で１冊の本を読み、必要と感じた情報は１枚のルーズリーフに４色の
ボールペンでまとめることによって、１秒間でもその本の内容を復習できるという、
学習方法を紹介したものである。

この学習方法の背後には、筆者の「ひとつのことをじっくり学習するよりも、短時間
で何度も復習する方が必ず身につく」という強い信念がある。また、この信念は筆者が
高校生の時に予備校の先生から教示され、筆者自身も中学までの時間をかけて書いて
覚える学習法から大きく転換して、その有用性を感じるに至ったものである。

何回も復習することが学力向上につながる。そして、本を読むことがすべての学習の
基本である、という筆者の信念が、本書の「１分間リーディング」、そして復習用の
ルーズリーフ作成につながっているわけである。

本書の中で筆者も示唆しているが、もちろん全ての本で１分間リーディングは可能な
わけではない。専門書など背景知識が必要なものはこの通りではないが、筆者の
「リーディング（Reading）」ではなく「リーディング（Leading）」という技術は新しい
ものであるし、訓練は必要だが、一つの学習法としては評価できるものだと感じる。

ややもすると誇張のようにとられるインパクトのあるタイトルだが、それを見透かした
かのように、読者の疑念を払拭するべく、なぜ１分間リーディングが学力向上につながる
のか、その理由を例示も交えながら、また本の半分（前半）を使いながら説明している
のも、有効的だと感じた。

非常に読みやすい文体、フォントで書かれているため、簡単に読めるし、それこそ
「１分間リーディング」の練習用としても使える本である。
