建築検査のプロである船津氏が素人にも分かりやすくマンション選びを助言してくれています。

マンション購入を考えている私ですが、昨今の構造偽造問題など深刻な社会問題が起こっている中、マンション購入をためらっています。ためらうどころか数年は購入を控えようとすら考えていました。

今回たまたまこの本を見つけて購入いたしましたが、気になる免震構造はもちろんのこと、立地や環境、遮音、断熱、健康にいたるまで、マンション選びの重要なポイントが解説されていました。

書籍の最後６ページにわたり、素人でもチェックが出来る購入検討シートがついており、大変参考になりました。数千万円の買い物をするにあたり、わずかこの金額の投資はただ同然といえるほど価値がありました。

マンションの建築に関して図解などもあり、わかりやすかったです。船津さんの過去のブログを見ると、内覧検査の同行は最近やっておらず、セミナー中心みたいなことが書いてありましたが、どうしてなのだろう？と思いました。

著者はある雑誌で「こんな仕事があること自体がおかしいんや」と述べていましたが、これは「言葉の文（あや）」ではなく本音だと思います。

私は著者のセミナーにも参加したことがありますが、
この本も著者の優しさと真摯な姿勢を感じ取れる内容になっています。

著者が渾身の力を込めて書かれた内容と言っても過言ではありません。

この本に書かれてあることは消費者寄りになっており、
まさに一生に一回の大きな買い物をする人たちのために、
お薦めしたいと言うよりも、読んでいただきたい一冊です。
