個人版の民事再生法が始まったが、本書はそれについてかなり多くのページを割いている。
もちろん自己破産についても十分に述べているが、それなら他にも多くの本があるので、「個人版民事再生」にこそ特色を見るべきだろう。

しかし、「個人版民事再生」は単なる自己破産と違って、手続きなどかなり難解な面がある。自分一人でやるのは無理で、弁護士に相談してみるべきだと思うのだが、どうだろうか。

新しい法律である「個人版民事再生」について興味があり本書を購入した。
自己破産との比較、それぞれのメリット・デメリット、実際の手続き方法に至るまで、余計な説明は省き、非常に簡潔に分かりやすい内容だった。
