この本を読んで、人に認められるため、人から好かれるためだけに
生きるのではなく、自分で自分を大切にする生き方があることに
初めて気づかされました。
自己主張が下手で、つい自分の本来の感情を捻じ曲げて生きてきましたが、
この本を読んで、自分本来の気持ちに気づき、
また、自分の気持ちを人に伝えたりすることが容易にできるようになりました。
そして、自分らしく周りの人と関われる様になり、
こんなに楽で、快適にすごせることに驚いています。

もし、頑張っているのに人との関係がうまく出来ないと
お思いの方がいらしたら、是非読んでみてください。
気持ちが楽になりますよ。
もっと自分を大事にしましょう。

石原さんのメールマガジンを見て、感銘を受けました。
まさに、目からウロコ!
私がいつも「あの人うらやましいな」と
思う人は、外見や裕福さよりもまさに石原さんの推奨する「自分中心」の人。「”自己”中心」と「”自分”中心」は違うんですね。

こういうふうに考えれば楽なんだなあ、と参考になりました。
現在の私の会社で、年下の上司に苦手意識を感じていたのですが、
石原さんの本を自分なりに実行して半分以上気持ちが楽になりました。

そして、このタイトルにひかれてこの本を購入しました。
ただ、この本は、タイトルどおり、
恋愛真っ只中の方におすすめです。

ご近所づきあいや、会社での人間関係の相談例の多い本もあるのかな?
　ほかの本にも目を通して見たいと思います。
