基本的に、Google社のGWTサイト（英語）を読んでいる人は不要ですが、日本語しか読みたくない人にはちょうどよい本でしょう。

私は一通り読んだ後で買ってしまったため、新しいことがほとんどなかったです。

個人的にはGWTサービスとサービス層の設計方針や、JSNI経由でリッチな画面部品にするコンポーネントの紹介などがあればうれしかったかな。
「入門」なのであまり望んじゃいけない、とわかりつつ星みっつで。
