最近のPC業界は、Linuxの話題で持ちきりですが、やはり使ってみるとその良さがわかると思います。 私は以前、Windowsにてシステム構築を行っていましたが、この書籍を読むことで、Linuxサーバーの構築を行うことだ出来ました。 まず基本的にはこの一冊あれば、Linuxを使用したサーバー構築と管理が可能です。

やはり、サーバーOSとして安定しているので、信頼性もあり、使っていても安心できます。 それから、内容（Telnet,FTP,DNS,WWW,メール,ニュース,PPPなど）も大変充実していますし、基本的な事はすべて網羅されています。 きっと、本書を読むことでまた、Linuxが好きになると思います。

わかりやすい本で初心者の僕にもサーバの設置ができました。少しでもリナックスを触った人にはできると思います。初学者の人には大変お勧めの本だと思います。

今回、初めてホームネットワーク・サーバーをたてることとなり、いろいろ悩んでいたところ、本書に出会い、無事サーバーをたてることができました。 私のような初心者~中級者が、ネットワークの基礎から学ぶには、お勧めだと思います
