能瀬 敏夫
1920年生れ。北海道別海町出身。1938年庁立根室商業学校卒業。1941年旧満州(東安→斉々哈爾陸軍病院主計)、南満州に向けて移動中哈爾浜駅頭にて終戦を確認、哈爾浜陸病跡に傷病兵及び難民のための病院開設。1946年抑留され入ソしてシベリアへ(オブルチア→チョープローゼル→ビロビジャン→ナホトカ)。1948年舞鶴へ上陸帰還。1949年北海道別海町特定郵便局長。1959年上野池之端にて医療機器メーカー経営。1988年(株)フクダ産業会長勇退。現在、斉友会(元、斉々哈爾陸軍病院の会)会長(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)
