長く続けるポイントは、早いうちに目に見える成果を出してしまうことだと思います。実際に胸が大きくなってくると、もうやめる気にはなりません(全く!)。他の方も書いているように、情報としては新しくもなく、一般によく知られている方法だと思います。私はレビューを読んで、それを承知でこの本を買ったので、そのことは気になりませんでした。大切なのは「この方法は本当だったんだ」と知ることであり、エクササイズ以外の体験談などもモチベーションを上げるのに効果的に働きました(と言うより意識的にそうしました)。ブラの選び方もありますが、補整下着でも何でもなく、どこにでも売っているようなものでいいので安心です。この本の代金以外にかかるのは、新しいブラ代だけです。本の通りまじめに続けていれば、意外に早くブラのカップ内に肉が集まるようになってきます。それに遅れて胸として定着してくる、といった感じです。始めて2ヵ月ほどですが、かなり真剣に続けてきたので、サイズは3カップ上がり、全部の肉が定着してないまでも、ブラをはずしても、はっきりと大きくなったと分かる位になっています。まだ理想の大きさにはなっていませんが、こんなことで大きくなるんなら今までのコンプレックスは何だったのかと思います・・。実践しないで終わると、ただの「情報量のわりに高い本」になってしまうので、せっかくこの本を買うのなら、信じて本気で取り組むことをおすすめします。

正しい下着の付け方やバストにいい料理、マッサージなどが載っています。
情報量としては少なくて「え、これだけなの？」という感じであとは体験談が多いです。でもその通りに実践してみたら確かに大きくなってきました。
内容が少なめなのでかえって面倒くさがりの人にも実行しやすく良いかもしれません。
ただ、こんなことぐらいもう知ってるよ！と感じる人もいるかもしれません。

前向きでいい感じの本です。著者が５８歳というところがいいです。若い女性だけの本ではないところが素敵です。
実践内容は簡単なので、取り組みやすいところもいいです。
