遺伝子の話と聞くと「むずかしそう！」と思ってしまいがちですが、太る理由が肥満遺伝子に関係しているとなると、とても身近に思えて、本を手にしてました。読んでみると最後まですっきりと読める構成で、読み進めるうちに私でも実践できそう、もう一緒に実践しているような気持ちにさせられました。単純にお勧めできます。

おいしそうなレシピが載ってるダイエット本は珍しいと思い読んでみました。
この本のレシピ通りに作って試してみたら、ダイエットメニューなのに結構な満腹感が味わえて満足！今までとはちょっと違う調味料との
合わせ方や調理方法で飽きずにダイエット期間を乗り切れました。
おいしく食べているのに体重が落ち、タイプ別の食事の摂り方でこんなに違うなんて。
本に従って実行すれば、痩せられますよ！試す価値ありです。

遺伝子にはいろいろ肥満の型があるのですね。
りんごとや洋ナシなんてよく分かり易いです。
りんご病と一瞬勘違いしてしまいました。

リバウンドがくる人、来ない人があるのはこの遺伝子が
それぞれ違うからなんですね。。。。

初めて知りました。
