SHIORI ( しおり ) プロフィール

フードコーディネーター。1984年生まれ。短大卒業後、料理家のアシスタントを経て独立。2007年8月『作ってあげたい彼ごはん』、2008年3月『作ってあげたい彼ごはん2』、9月『作ってあげたい彼ごはん3』、2009年1月『作ってあげたい彼チョコレート』(全て小社刊)を出版。「若い女の子にもっと料理を楽しんでも らいたい」をモットーに、テレビや女性ファッション誌を中心に活躍。若い女性を中心に高い支持を得る。

簡単に作れる基本メニューなどが多いので、初心者さんや若い人向きな本だと思います。
もうちょっと違った意味での作りやすい・手間が省ける料理方法がのっているのかな〜と思って購入したのですが、ちょっと違ったみたいです。

タイトルに「彼ごはん」とあったから独身の女の子向けのお約束の肉じゃがとか
とりの唐揚とかが載ってるのかと思ったけどもそんなことなくていろいろあって
家族のいる私にも参考になりました。

例えば、だし茶漬けとかにしても普通のレシピ本ならだし汁　300ｃｃと記載
されてるのが普通だけどこの本の場合は〔〕として水と顆粒だし小さじ1/2に
なっていてだしをとらない私にも罪悪感を抱かせないところがステキです。
料理に興味をもっていてもきちんとはしてないから他の人に料理スキなんていえないわって
思っている人にも大丈夫だよって背中を押してくれるような優しいレシピ本です。

手軽にできるレシピがいっぱい。
ちゃんとしっかりしたものから、手軽にパーティできるメニューまで。
味は偏ったクセもなく、どことなく家庭的ながらおしゃれ感があり、
男の子にもウケがいいです。
定番メニューもさることながら、チヂミやフライドチキンなど美味。
デザートのクラシックガトーショコラは秀逸。
