1冊目がかなり気に入ってヘビーローテ中なので、
2冊目もすごく楽しみにしていました。

「母ちゃんの毎日ごはん」とあるように、
家族向けレシピの印象が強いですが（実際、分量も基本4人分だし）、
一人暮らしの私も存分に活用できるレシピ集です。
魅力は、

・簡単、なのにちゃんと美味しい
・野菜料理がおどろくほど豊富（うれしい）
・鶏胸肉、わかめ、ひじき、切り昆布など、
　取ると良いとわかっていてもなかなか料理しない
　ヘルシー食材が大活躍！（珍しいです、ほんと）

自分では思いつかないような、でも身近な食材で調理できちゃう、
魅力的なレシピがいっぱいなのがうれしい。
大好物の柚子胡椒を使った料理は今回も豊富。
また、今回のヒットは、野菜のナムルレシピが
バリエーション豊かなこと。
ブロッコリーもナムルになるとは。それも美味しい〜！！
今回の本では、素材別の索引もついて、その点も便利度がUPしました。
前作のアレンジ違いや、やはり似たような食材を使う料理が多いですが、
一石二鳥レシピなどのアイディアページも魅力的です。

２冊目が発売になるとご本人のブログで知り、早速予約、購入させていただきました。
期待を裏切らない美味しいレシピの数々。
素材別の索引がついたり、１冊目には数が少なかったスープ・汁物
簡単デザートなど１冊目より更に進化・充実した内容に大満足です。
１冊目とあわせてヘビーローテーションの毎日です。
野菜嫌いだった４歳の子供もかな姐さんのレシピのおかげで
徐々に食べられるメニューの幅が広がりました。
「豚コンピーの混ぜごはん」で大嫌いなピーマンをパクパク食べたのには本当に驚きました！

他のレシピブログから書籍化された本も多数持っていますが
夕食のメニューに困ったらまず真っ先に開くのがかな姐さんの本＆ブログです。
これからも美味しくて素敵なレシピを編み出してくださる事を期待します。

どのレシピも、本当に美味しい。今までのレシピ本は、書いてある通りに作っても、なかなか思い通りの仕上がりにはならなかったり、材料を揃えるのが大変だったり。。という中で、この本は本当に仕上がり写真のように出来上るし、何より手順がわかり易い。
自分なりのアレンジもきくので、料理が苦手な方から得意の方まで全般的に役立つ１冊だと思います。
家族のいろんなやりとりは微笑ましく、かな姐さんのあとがきには泣かせられます。
１も購入しましたが、この２冊があれば、この先献立に頭を悩ませることもぐっと少なくなるのではないでしょうか？とにかくおススメです♪
