個人的にブログ料理本が好きだ。これまでにも色々な本を購入してきた。

その中で、この本はいぶし銀（？）のような、渋く、かつ価値のある1冊であると思う。

まず、掲載レシピ数300というのは、他の本と比べ群を抜いている。そんなに放出してしまってよいのだろうかと他人事ながら心配になる。購入した身としては嬉しいの一言であるが。

その上、お弁当好きの奥さんそして食べ盛りのお子さん達のために日々お料理しているためか、料理の幅も広い。おまけ的な要素で全レシピについている奥さんからのコメントでは、’お弁当にするかしないか云々’という、ヒントまで得られる。大変良い。

レシピも奇をてらわず良い意味で地味。しかしちょっと一工夫があり安心して美味しく食べられる。そして献立例までついているから本当にラクである。巻末の索引も大変使いやすい。

要約すると、ギラギラと目立つ部分がこの本にはない(その為か、他のブログ料理本と比べ何となく影も薄い）。しかし、本当に使える。かめばかむほど味の出る昆布のように、読めば読むほど、使えば使うほどこの本の良さを再認識させられる。

個人的に、かめきち氏が2冊目の本を出すとしたら絶対買いたい。それ程良い本であった。

ブログも見ていて書籍化楽しみにしていました。
料理の写真が小さいところがありますが、なんといってもレシピの数の多さには大変嬉しいものがあります。見ていたら簡単＆短時間でできそうなものがいっぱいで、すごく参考になります。オシャレな場というよりかはどのレシピも普段の食卓にでてくる家庭的なもので、レパートリーがグ〜ンと増えそうです。実際何点か作ってみましたが、おいしかったですよ！！かめきちさんのお子様＆奥様のコメントもブログ同様に楽しめます。

以前から献立に困った時はブログにお世話になっていました。
かめきちさんのレシピは簡単で早く出来てしまうモノが多いけれど、味は
とってもよくて、優しい味がします。
ちょっとした料理に一味加えていたり、アイデア料理だったり、このレシピ集重宝します。

☆が４つなのは、他の方もおっしゃっているように１つ１つの写真が小さい、料理手順がやや簡潔過ぎる？気がするからです。
(あのレシピ数を1冊にまとめたからしょうがないと思うので不満ではありません)
今後かめきちさんの料理のコツ、知恵などを含めた続編なんかを期待したいですね。
