本の端々で紹介されている、3人兄弟のやりとりがとってもほほえましく
著者のお母さん姿がとても素敵です。
お料理の方は、確かにオリジナリティがあって目新しいのですが好みが分かれると思います。
当然のことながらご主人とお子さんの好きなものに偏っています。
鳥・豚・マヨネーズ・ビールが好きな人には最適。
逆に魚・正統派和食が好きな人には不向きと感じました。

ブログ系料理本を１冊買ってみたのですが、あまりしっくりこなかったので他のを検索していたところ、素直に美味しそうと思える本なので購入してみました。
他の本はカロリーが高かったり、凝りすぎて普段はちょっとというものや、チャーハン・パスタが多すぎたり、当たり前のおかず過ぎたり。
「料理がしたい」というツボから少しズレを感じていましたが、こちらはお母さんが普段から作っているもの！安心感と興味と両方備えていると思います。
野菜がたくさん入ったタレをかけるレシピが多いのかな？
それほど、マヨケチャ系ではないし、創造性をくすぐるレシピがたくさんあり、応用もききそうです。
実際に作ったブログ読者のコメントも役立ちます。豚肉を鶏肉にかえたり、ソースをアレンジしたり等、この本を活用するアイディア満載です。
皆さんオススメのトマトナムルにはまっています。焼いたバケットにトマトナムルをお肉ごと乗せて、毎週頂いてます。

Blog系のレシピ本が沢山出版されていますが、
その多くは単に「簡単」なだけだったり、
見た目はよくても見るからに高カロリーで
とても定番には出来ない特別メニューだったり、
味付けが好みじゃなかったり・・・

その中で、このてんきち母ちゃんレシピは、
群を抜いて「使える」本だと思います。

お子さん向けの料理が並ぶかと思いきや、
大人も満足なレシピがずらり。
何より、野菜料理のレシピが豊富！
他で見たことのない味付けばかりなのに、どれも本当に美味しい。
塩きんぴらやひじきの煮物は、とても簡単なのに友達から
「お店開いたら？」
と言われたほど（笑）。
奇跡のトマトは毎回レシピを聞かれますし、
苦手だった野菜も活用できるようになり、
元をとりまくってるレシピ集です。

野菜をもっととりたい、野菜が苦手、
野菜料理のレパートリーがマンネリ・・・という方には
ぜひオススメしたい本。

もちろん、メインディッシュもデザートのレシピも
ついて、かなり盛りだくさん。
結婚のお祝いにこの本をプレゼントすることもあります。
