広告で気になっていた料理本だったので、本屋で見つけて買ってみた。
それほど、けなされる内容でもないし、それほど、褒め称える内容でもない。
興味本位でブログを見たが、人気ブロガーさんらしいので、それだけ風当たりが強かったりするのだろう。
大井さんは、料理研究家や本職の方ではなく、「一般人」の方。
個人のブログがそのまま本になったということなので、あまり期待をしたり、あれこれ外野が騒ぐのは、
本当にここでレビューを参考にしたい人たちが判断するのに、ちょっと困惑してしまうかも。

料理の内容は、一言で言えば、創作料理の極みが面白く、なかなか参考になる。
ただ、具材自体こってりや塩分が多いものがふんだんに使っているのは確かなので、高齢者向けや、デイリー向けの料理としてはちときつい。
せっかく面白いレシピを開拓されてるので、できたらもっとあっさりしたものや、さっぱりしたレシピをこれから期待したい。
あと、レシピ本文は、簡潔とは言い難く、もう少しシンプルに書いてもらえれば見やすいと思った。

友人の紹介で入手したYOMEカフェレシピ。
毎日の食卓に、というよりは、宴会に向くかなというレシピ集。
友達が家に集まる、夫の知り合い(男性たち)が集まる、そんな時に活躍しそう！
近所の料理上手な奥さんが、味付けの秘訣を教えてくれるような内容。
文章に関しては、活字化にあたって校正が欲しいところ。

テレビでＹＯＭＥさんのブログを知りました。
レシピ本を出していると知り、早速買いました。
アイディアは素晴らしいと思いましたが、味は･･･（泣）
味が濃すぎるか、味がしないか、とても油っこいか
極端だと思いました。

毎日食べたら身体に悪そうですが、変わった味付けが
載っているので、お弁当がマンネリになってしまった
時に参考にしたいと思います。
