　普段何気なく食べている「肉｣をめぐる怖い話が満載。ＢＳＥ問題以前に解決すべき問題点が食肉業界に存在している。基準内だからと言う理由で必要以上の添加物を加えた加工肉。これって、本当に大丈夫？

　それにしても私たちはいったい何を食べたらいいのだろうか。食肉に限らずほぼすべての加工食品に使われている食品添加物。野菜には残留農薬問題、養殖魚の抗生物質など口に入るありとあらゆる食品には何がしの化学物質が含まれている。一番基本となる水道水だって危ない。

　本当に安心して口に入れても安全な食品の特集をぜひとも見てみたい。

もしかしたら…なんじゃないかと思っていたことがやっぱりかと思わせドキリとする内容。こんなに暴露して良いの？ただ知っておいて損は無い。飽食王国日本の中で体に良く楽しく食べれるものって何かと改めて考えさせられる。核心をついているが徹底調査はできかねたコンビニ○○、食べ放題焼肉、豚足、コンビーフ等等。この本見たからってすごーく心配性になる必要もないと思うけれどこんな事もあるという前提を知識のいっかんとしてふまえておくと備えあれば憂い無しかもしれません。

食品のカラクリ２ということでシリーズ第２弾。
前回よりやや失速気味ですが、ショックな内容は続きます。たまに役立つ知識もあります。例えば、乾いたベーコンは牛乳に３０分ねかせると柔らかくなるとか。

前回もそうですが、もっと原材料に注目すべきですね！外見の美しさ・安さは「罠」です・・・。
