前作よりも内容も品数も充実していて、作ってみたいなと思わせるお菓子が沢山ありました。
テーマも春夏秋冬・デイリーと分かれてあり、おかずパン系もたくさんあります。
手軽に作って友達や彼とティータイムにつまみたいなと思います。

参考までに、
spring・・紅茶とホワイトチョコのシフォン、よもぎパン、クリームパン。
summer・・真夏のピタ〜トマト風味〜、パインのシャーベット。　　

autumn・・黒糖プレッツェル、さつま芋とキャラメルソースのオープンパイ。
winter・・パンナコッタなど。

巻頭に端的にリッチとリーンのパンの作り方も載っているので、これ１冊あればデイリーのちょっとしたお菓子やパンには十分だと思います。

たかこさん＆みかさんのコラボ本は前作も持っています。前作がとてもよかったので、今回も予約して購入しました。まだ、何も作っていないけれど、作りたくなるものがたくさんありました。今回の本は四季に合わせてレシピが構成されていて、とてもいい感じでした。プロっぽくないところが、また魅力なのかもしれませんね。おうちで気軽に作れるお菓子とパンのレシピ。プロの製菓製パンの本もいいけれど、こうしたほのぼのとした雰囲気の本もすごく好きです。さ〜て何から作ろうか、今からワクワクです。

前回のたかみか本、みかさんの本を持っていますが、
今回の本はレシピ本っていうよりも
「アイデェア紹介の本」という気がしました。
みかさんのパンはベースがリッチとリーン。
そこから発展していくのですからやむを得ないかもしれませんが
少々マンネリ？って思いました。
アイデァの本としては面白いのですが
レシピ本っていうと「う〜ん？？？」って思ったので
星ふたつです。
