2週間ほど前に母と’食事のメニューがマンネリ化してしまって’という話をしていたら、’こうちゃん’の事を教えてくれた。ブログを見、書店で本の現物も見、良さそうだったので注文。

まずは、211レシピも掲載されているところがいい。それで値段は940円(税込）これだけでも買いなのですが、また、そのレシピたちの使える事！　材料は冷蔵庫にある有り合わせの物で何とかなるし、そうでなくてもどこでも(安く）入手できるモノばかり。'簡単料理レシピ’の名のとおり、本当に簡単！手早く作れるし、料理に時間がかけられない人にも良いと思う。

今日は、このレシピ本の中の'激旨ポークケチャップソテー’を作った。本当に'激旨’で、夫などは娘の分まで取って食べたい勢いだった。

このレシピ本、２・３も出ており、私も当然所有しているが、そちらにも使えるレシピ満載！

今まで購入したレシピ本（あえてレビューは書いていない）は、作っても1・2レシピしか使用しなかったが、こうちゃんのレシピはどれも簡単で比較的野菜が多く取れるので作りたいものだらけだ。料理するのが最近楽しくてたまらない。

本人は'幸せ料理研究家’を名乗っているようですが、その名に恥じぬレシピばかり。見て幸せ、作って幸せ、食べて幸せ、そして、'美味しい！！旨い！！！’といってもらえる幸せ。いやー、料理って、本当に、素晴らしいですね(どこかで聞いた言い回し・・・）！！

この本、はっきり言ってすごいです。紹介されているレシピがことごとく簡単、ことごとく
おいしい、しかも半端じゃなくおいしい！　この人間違いなく天才です。どれもが「ごはんが
すすむ」君で、ついついごはんをおかわりしてしまって、ダイエット中の私としては困って
しまいます。その後出た『2』も『3』もソッコーで買い、今や我が家の毎日の夕食は9割がた
「こうちゃんレシピ」であります。

何かいいお料理本はないかなと探していたところこちらの本を見つけました。
一応相田さんのブログにもお邪魔して、そこで見たレシピで試しに作ってみたらとても美味しい！
なので即こちらの本を購入しました。
早速作ってみましたが、本当に簡単で美味しいです。
簡単なのにここまで美味しくできるんなら料理もきっと楽しくなるはず。
主婦暦７年なのにちっとも料理の腕が上がらない私にはもってこいの本です。
色んな本に「アンチョビ」を使ったレシピが書かれてあっても実際作ろうと思ったことはないのに、不思議とこちらの本にレシピが乗ってると作りたくなるそんな本です。
料理の敷居をいい意味でかなり低くしてくれる本です。
