一分間リンパマッサージの本が良かったので楽しみにしていました。
さすがDVD・・・写真だけでは分かりにくい部分もとても分かりやすく、力加減なども理解できました。
その点は買ってよかったと思いました。
しかし、リンパマッサージビクスはちょっと無理があるように感じました・・・・。
音楽と動きが合っていないし、マッサージも十分できた感じがありません。
もうちょっといい曲がなかったのかなあ・・・と残念です。
ただ身体を軽く動かした後の爽快感はあるし、難しい動きはないので、エアロビクス初心者には良いのではないでしょうか。
ということで星４つにしました。

以前、同じ作者さんのものでＤＶＤがついていないものを買いました。
しかし、やはり本だけだと理解するのも分かりづらい・・ヨコに置いていちいち確かめながらやるもの結構、面倒くさくて続きませんでした。
ＤＶＤがついているものは、ただもくもくとやっているという感じではなく
とても楽しく出来ます。数も数えてくれるし、映像見ながらだから分かりやすいし楽しいというか・・。他のかたの意見にもあったように、ただ・・・
曲と動作があっていないのが、、気になりました。これ無理があるだろう（苦笑）みたいな・・・。でも、効果はあるのではないでしょうか。
体脂肪が2％くらい減り、トイレが休に近くなりました。
今までどれを買っても続かなかった人、おすすめです！！

DVD付で、リンパマッサージがはじめての私もわかり易く簡単にできました。映像を見ながら、音楽に合わせて動くだけなので、すぐに覚えられそうです
。
終わったころには、体がポカポカとして軽くなり、足のむくみもすっきり解消！！気分もリフレッシュし、仕事の疲れもとれて一石二鳥です。こんなに楽しくて、体内浄化とダイエット効果があるとは！試してみる価値ありです。これからも続けてみようと思います。
