まず、この本を読むのなら、先に「ダ・ヴィンチ・コード」を読んでおくことをオススメします。と、言うより読んでいないと本誌の内容は、存分に楽しめないかも。
図解というだけあって、作品画像もカラーで見やすいですし、雑誌感覚でさらっと読めて、ベストセラー「ダ・ヴィンチ・コード」の話題には、そこそこついていけるかな？という感じ。

「ダ・ヴィンチ・コード」で初めて、レオナルド・ダ・ヴィンチに興味を持ったという人には、入門書的な役割を果たしてくれるのではないでしょうか。

逆に、”レオナルド・ダ・ヴィンチ”に興味があり、彼について書かれた本をすでに読んでいるとか、逸話などをそこそこ知っている人にとっては、”ダ・ヴィンチの残した暗号を解読！”というには物足りなさを感じるかもしれません。

あくまでも小説に書かれていることをまとめているに過ぎない感じです。なぞを解くというよりは、頭を整理するというか。新たな情報は少ししか得られませんが、軽く読めるので、それはそれでいいかも。

ダヴィンチコードの映画パンフレットとか、小学生向けにならこの程度でもいいのかもしれないが、
内容的にも軽薄で、史実に関する取り上げ方も？？？
ちゃんとレオナルドのことを知りたいと思う人にはとても勧められない。
ダ・ビンチ本はたくさん出てるので他をどうぞ。
