最後は勝つ！このタイトルに瞬間に反応して見ると、何の因果かアニマル浜口の本だった。隅田川へ花見にいった時、偶然に浜口氏にあったことを思い出しつつ、やっぱり読む運命にあったのかと観念して読む。と、これはアテネオリンピックで勝つことを目標にがんばり続けてきた浜口親子の戦いの記録だった。外からは知ることのできない親子の心の葛藤。負けても這い上がる不屈の精神。ほんとうに凄い。ジャンルは違うけど、我が家も親子で戦う身。勝つことの難しさに悩み、挫けそうになっている時にほんとうにありがたかった。また力が湧いてきたし、子供の親として指導者としてどうしていけばいいのか、そのヒントをたくさんもらった。アテネでは惜しくも銅メダルだったが、浜口親子のことだから、きっと次の北京でリベンジするに違いない。親子で何かの目的に向かっている人、家族の絆を深めたい人は参考になると思う。メチャクチャ熱いよ。
