春らしいカバーと見やすいデザインで購入しました。最近では、たくさんの野菜をスーパーで見つけますが、実際に、どうやって調理したらいいのかわかりません。で、野菜を使った料理本を探していたところ、この本を見つけました。電子レンジを使ったり、たれと和えたりするだけで、野菜をたくさん食べることを教えてくれる本です。実際に作ってみると、すぐにできちゃうのが魅力。また、たくさんの調味料づかいも必見です。お気に入りは、マヨネーズにゆずこしょうをまぜたソース。これは大人のマヨネーズの食べ方ですよ。この他にもたくさんの新しい調味料づかいを発見できますよ。

タイトルどおりの、ビックリ料理でした。何がびっくりかって？それはカンタンなこと。野菜不足の現代人にぴったり！　魔法の調味料使いは必見ですぞ。

　自分が作る料理って、味付けが結構ワンパターンになってしまいがちです。というのも調味料を使いこなせていないので。

　野菜料理のレシピだけあって普通にスーパーで見かける材料ばかりなのに調味料の使い方によってこんなにバリエーションが広がることに驚きました。
