これを知る前に、目○ホリデーという視力回復ソフトを試したのですが、効果は「イマニ」でした。なぜ？って、説明（特にレッスンの）が大雑把過ぎてさっぱり訳がわからなかったからです。ところがこの本は見えるためのコツを細かく書いてくれてたんで、初心者の私でもスグに立体視できました。補助点が付いていたこともうれしかったです。他の視力回復本やソフトで見えなくて・・・悔しい思いした・ストレスが溜まった・つまらなくて投げ出した・・・って人、とりあえずコレ見てから「俺には効かない」って言いましょう。寄り目がどーしても出来ない、超乱視（二重三重あたりまえ）の私にも見えた・改善したんですから（笑）

使い始めて10日ほど。
まだ視力が上がったという効果は実感できない。
私が乱視のみだからかなぁ。
近視のみの妻は、わずか3日にして、視力回復の効果を実感しているらしく、
めがねが合わなくなって頭痛がするといっている。
ただ、2日空けてやってみたところ、硬直していた目の筋肉がストレッチされていくのが実感できた。
これは！と思わせるものがある。


それと、すぐ見える人はそうでもないのだろうが、私のようになかなか見えなかった人間には、絵が浮き上がった瞬間おもわず「おおっー」と感動してしまうところがいいね。

左0.6→0.9右0.4→1.0に回復しました。
綺麗なCGを毎日見るだけで効果があるので、軽い近視でお悩みの方にはお勧めできます。
また、絵葉書も４枚ついてます。外出先に持っていくのにも便利ですし、眼でお悩みの方へのプレゼントにもよろしいかと思います。

立体視の方法も詳しく説明されているので、マジカルアイシリーズに初めて挑戦される方にも楽しめると思います。
